Hello Mrs [redacted] ,This message will be a response to Mr [redacted] Revdex.com review on our businessWe first heard about Mr [redacted] situation regarding his vehicle and wanting to repair his vehicle from another shop named Texas TireBeing that we do a great amount of business with Texas Tire, the owner [redacted] had contacted us regarding Mr [redacted] truck, claiming that one of his employees was backing the truck out after getting work done to the vehicle (wheels & tires) stating that his employee had backed into something while reversing the truck out of the facility [redacted] had given us a call and brought the truck to us asking if it can be repairedAfter looking at the truck at Texas Tire with Mr [redacted] present, we had all come to the agreement that [redacted] was going to take responsibility in expediting the repairs at our facilityAfter that had hapend Mr [redacted] had visited our facility on numerous occasions to see what kind of work we do here at our business, after gaining his trust he decided that he would choose us over his friends shop (USave Collision) to do the work on the truck to repair the damages that were attained at Texas TireMr [redacted] come to find out, picked up his rental car weeks prior to dropping his truck off, even though he did claim to me and multiple employees claiming that he had multiple cars at home and getting a rental should not be an issue as he would just drive another one of his personal vehiclesBefore he dropped the vehicle off, [redacted] came by to give us money to start work on the vehicle by paying us in full for the parts that the vehicle needed to be completeA few days later, [redacted] tells me that Mr, [redacted] would now like to handle via insurance (Texas Farmers Branch) as that would be the easiest route for him to take to make sure nothing is left outAfter the insurance claim was made, the insurance company had a few haults in the whole repair process as this we thought was abnormalThe following day, Mr [redacted] visited our facility with the insurance estimate, a total of $dollars for a repair that is around 8-thousand dollars worth of damageHe asked me and another employee at that time if we could send in a supplement also stating that the initial estimate was not enough money for the repairs, which we had agreed we would not touch the truck if we were not able to get a supplement approvedThe following day, Mr [redacted] gives us a call stating that he had lost in the upwards of $3,in his own business which is name Ticket Depot, as a customer refunded their money after not getting the correct tickets and seats which they had orderedMr [redacted] would ask me if I was able to just leave the truck how it is and give him the insurance check, telling me that I can keep a small portion of the check for my time, that he would just like to see the money to get back his return that he had lost on ticket salesI began telling Mr [redacted] that that is fraud and we do not condone that here at our business, we agreed to fix the truck under the initial termsAfter talking with multiple insurance agents on the phone Mr [redacted] finally dropped his vehicle off at our facility and we were able to get the supplement approved for what the actual cost and damages were that the truck hadA week following we received a phone call from [redacted] at Texas Tire asking the current state of which the truck is in as [redacted] was being interrogated by Mr [redacted] from the insurance fraud department claiming that, they suspected fraud due to the fact that Mr [redacted] had left out the fact in the initial claim that [redacted] had already given us money for the parts that we had ordered for the truckMr [redacted] told [redacted] that he would be sued due to the fact of suspicious insurance fraudAll of this arose from the fact of Mr [redacted] not telling the insurance company that the parts had been paid for in advanced by [redacted] and they would end up cancelling the check and visiting our facilityAfter Mr [redacted] visited our facility with [redacted] and all of us discussing what the initial agreement was to Mr [redacted] we were told we had to put the repairs to a hault as more information needed to be gained, as they would eventually drop both initial estimates and supplementsThe following week, after numerous haults and hiccups in the repair process from Mr [redacted] and the insurance company, Mr [redacted] comes to us and claims that we were taking to long to repair the vehicle and that he had heard nothing from the insurance company regarding fraudI then told Mr [redacted] to call the insurance in front of me and another employee to gain confirmation from them regarding the whole issue and why the truck was not being repairedAfter taking numerous photos of the damage, taking off damaged panels on the truck, Mr [redacted] claims that he wants to pick his truck back up because he wasn't able to "pickup and females" in his rental cars also stating that he was waiting to long on the repairs and ended up taking his vehicle to his friends facility who claimed they would fix the damage for half the cost and give him the return that he was missing on his lost ticket salesWe then proceeded after the vehicle was picked up by Mr [redacted] to go ahead and return the parts that [redacted] had purchased in the beginning and giving him back his money.Thank you, [redacted] Bucket Automotive Secretary DrArlington, TX [redacted]
