[redacted] called me for a mocleaning for Aug I sent girls to do this job that were very competent , they worked for 6hrs trying to please [redacted] and were told to focus on the dust that the contractors had left behind which did not give them enough time to finish the rest of the job [redacted] also failed to mention to me that a ladder was needed to get to high places, because of the liability of ladders my employees are not allowed to climb ladders? They also told me that there was no hot water to use to clean properly.I spoke with [redacted] and told her we could come back and finish what had not been done and she agreed She later called me and canceled us to come back and demanded a refund of 50% of the $she had paid [redacted] then started sending me pictures of items in the house that were dirty which ? we had not even gotten to because of lack of time.I agreed to send her the 50% of the total and told her it was in the mail the next day which it wasAfter I sent that she then emailed me and demanded the full amountI responded that my employees worked for 6hrs diligently and should be paid for what was done.? I was more than willing to go back at no extra charge and make things right for [redacted] but she declined. Therefore I have not refunded the balance.I have been in business for 10yrs and have always pride myself on doing a great job and always try to please all clients, I also know now that not all clients can be pleased.Shirley A***Bucket Brigade Cleaning

Revdex.com: We received a full refund in the mail from the business but your team closed the case before we could replyIt's not fair to the business to leave it this way, nor is it an accurate reflection of events.Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: ***Shirley, I continue to be very disappointed with how you've handled thisJust a lot of excuses, really. The hot water was turned off because the home was vacantWe didn't even think of this because we weren't living there yet, but we repeatedly told your cleaners to let us know if they needed us for anything at allThey asked about hot water near the end of their cleaning--there was no mention of it until then--and I told them we could of course turn it on for them, and I even apologized for not thinking of this soonerThey said no need. As for a ladderWe are not talking about a full size ladderJust a step stool so they could reach above counter levelOn the phone you told me they should have their own stoolConversely, they said YOU should have supplied a stoolBut either way, they didn't even clean the lower level cabinets, so I think a missing step stool was the least of their concerns. Regarding my request that they "focus on the dust" this is just not trueI pointed out the construction dust left behind on the doors, because I thought this might be something they wouldn't notice, and I asked that they be mindful of not getting the floors too wet because of the unfinished transitions in each doorway, but I otherwise assumed that the details of our correspondence had been communicated to them--specifically my request for a "deep" all-over cleanI didn't think I had to explain this all over again to themI thought that had already been doneWas I wrong?Furthermore, your cleaners reviewed our home when they arrived, said it would take hrs / hrs max (of the hrs you allocated to the job)In that time, as you and I discussed on the phone when I called to express my concerns, they claimed repeatedly to have the inappropriate basic tools for the job and said they "focused on the kitchen." As you saw in the photos I sent you, they did not actually even clean the kitchen, and I didn't realize this until after they left...because I took their word for itClearly I shouldn't have, and I should not have trustingly paid themLesson learned.I'm sorry that I initially suggested you send someone over for a re-clean and then changed my mindAgain, this was when I was giving your cleaners the benefit of the doubtDiscovering that not only did they not do a professional-level job, but they also were dishonest about where they "deep" cleaned, I think our decision was reasonableSame goes for requesting a full refundThis decision was made when I realized they didn't even wipe the cabinets or sink, requiring that I do all the work myself that I'd hired your company to do. You really feel comfortable asserting they did their best when they didn't even do a superficial clean of the room they said they focused on? This is where this starts to feel like a scam….If this truly is the best they could do with hours of combined work, then they need additional training and the proper tools to do their job professionallyWe've worked with cleaners before and encountered no issue, so it's upsetting to hear you suggest we just can't be pleasedBut if that's how you need to justify not providing a refund for services not rendered, that's up to you. I'm quite confident that you've not conducted your business for ten years at the level we saw in our home, and I continue to request that the remaining $be refunded

Because of the fact I'm offended that This client continues to call my Company a scam company, at this point I feel slander is rude and I will refund the remainder of her payment within the next few days , I want to make this complaint go away , it has consumed enough of my time
