They are offering a gift certificate to cover the overcharge - that does not do me any good because there is no way I would ever order anything from them again in the
future and the nature of what they sell does not get me much of anything anyhow If they were to give me a refund of the amount in dispute that would be great - but I am really very concerned that they are out there ripping off others that might not be aware of it Not sure why a company would not address the issue immediately since they basically admitted that they charged the wrong amount Seems like it would be easier to just credit the overage back to the customer Still discontent with this company
