To whom it may concern,
When we looked at Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] wash machine we realized that it had been overloaded an the washing machine would not run, only sit and hum because the motor could not turn the transmission, upon further...

discovery we realize that the transmission was internally damaged due to misuse. We pulled the motor off and could not turn the transmission by hand further confirming that the transmission was broken inside, so at that point we ordered a transmission for Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] for which we were paid. (The [redacted]s paid for the initial service fee and the transmission only) Then when the transmission came in we took it to the home and installed it. At that time we realize that the motor had been damaged and was a lil weak and also the tub had a little wear where it slips over the top of the transmission shaft due to the abuse the machine had taken.... I explained to Mrs. [redacted] that we probably had those parts at the shop but they were used so we would not charge her for those if they were able to work for her then we would just give them to her.. I also explained to Mrs. [redacted] that the reason the motor had been damage was due to the fact that the transmission wasn't able to turn and the motor was sitting there trying to run for so long without being able to turn the transmission just burning the motor internally which we wouldn't have been able to know until the transmission were replaced and then the motor could be tested.. we were able to find a motor an a tub that would fit Mrs. [redacted] wash machine so we took those to the home and installed them, the tub that we found was not the same color as the Mrs [redacted]s previous tub but it fit and worked just fine... When we left the home that day we had installed the motor an the tub and the wash machine was working exactly as it should... Probably a week later we got a call from Mrs. [redacted] saying that the washer was acting funny but she would just keep an eye on it... then 3weeks later we got a text that she said her washer was still broken where she threatened all sorts of things unless we gave her their money back... I explained to the [redacted]s how we had already purchased the transmission which they needed for their machine and we been there like three or four times trying to satisfy them and not to mention giving them the parts at no charge to help make their machine run and it had obviously been working the past month.. the [redacted]s washer needs a new motor for which we would gladly install at no charge if the [redacted]s would purchase the part... Our company also went so far as to offer to give Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] a new/used washing machine from our appliance stock also for free to help them out because she said they were short on money and on a fixed invome.. I sent Mrs. [redacted] picture of the wash machine we intended on giving them and she thought it looked great and then I got a text the next day or so saying that, that wash machine was not good enough and she had seen some bad reviews on Google about that type of unit.. We have text messages supporting everything that we are saying here and also supporting our position that Mrs. [redacted] had never called us or text us without a reply... The statement that she says she called several times or text several Times without a response is a blatant lie... At this point we feel like we've exhausted all means to try to satisfy Mrs. [redacted] an we would just as soon not have any further contact with her, we don't understand how Mrs. [redacted] feels that it is our responsibility as a company to make sure that she has a wash machine, we feel she should take some responsibility and accountability for her own situation and we would appreciate the Revdex.com to rule on this matter.
Ps. Please let us know if you would like us to forward the text message conversations from Mrs. [redacted] and our company.
Thank you so much
Jason

To whom it may concern,
[redacted] asked us to repair her dryer as we have worked well with her in the past. the part for her dryer was no longer available so we tried to commission a company to rebuild her old part. The company was not...

able to repair her old control Board so [redacted] asked us for a refund. We were trying to get a refund back from the company that we paid to rebuild her old control board but were unsuccessful we will gladly give [redacted] her money back, and we as a company Will continue to try to receive ours as well..
We promise [redacted] we will have a certified check for $200 to her before the end of September 2015
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (2000, 11, 2015/09/22) */
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
I will feel satisfied if I receive $200 back. I was very satisfied with the previous repair of Buckeye Service on my washer (and that is why I called them back in the first place) and would like to work with Buckeye again but strongly feel that I should have some money returned for a part which I did not receive. Receiving $200 back makes me feel that Buckeye got their service trip money and I received most of my money.
Final Consumer Response /* (3000, 17, 2015/10/26) */
I have NOT received any check for $200, as stated by Buckeye Repair. I will have to file in small claims court.

Hi [redacted],
I was under the assumption that they had received their check, so I am currently looking into it to make sure that the check has not been cashed and if it has not been we will issue another check I was giving them time for the check to have arrived but they will definitely receive the refund
