We have gone the extra mile for these people. They signed a contract in May -we finished there pool and the extra house floor finish at below cost - we had to special order material to finish. Remember June and July were on record rain months. According to the contract we were
allowed over days to finish, but we finished way before. There was a old bespa to remove, but rain has prevent us to do them a favor that was not in contractThey should remove the complaint if they had any friendship for the extra work we did. We pool is complete, beautiful. Robert, Blue Haven Pools of Louisiana, Inc

First and foremost, we were not friends when we started this endeavor. This is how Mr. N[redacted] wants you to feel when he is selling you a pool. In fact he called me this morning yelling at me telling me we were no longer friends and that he would start treating me as a business associate. Which is what I thought I was to begin with. Anytime things did not go his way, he would call up yelling. He was very unprofessional. To resolve this issue, I have provided a copy of the contract, which states that they were to remove the hot tub, the screened porch and the above ground pool.  When they started the project on May 3, they completely destroyed all of the above and placed it in a pile in my yard. The worker who did that refused to load it up any further and refused to take it to the dump. I continued to call Mr. N[redacted] asking him to get this out of my yard. He kept promising that he would take care of it. As of this date, 8/8/2017, it is still in my yard, along with a couple of other piles of dirt that the workers have left.  As far as the project being finished in a timely manner, the pool was started on May 3, and the pool was somewhat finished on July 28. Course they never finished the grout or getting this trash out of my yard. It is in the contract. Yes there was a lot of rain, but almost 90 days....
Regards,

This matter has been resolved.  The customer has agreed to use someone else to clear and clean her yard.  We have agreed to pay her $400 when the job is done and we receive an email from her releasing us from any clean up work.  The pool and all work is complete.  Thanks, Robert
