It's taken almost 3 months to do what was at first promised to be a 3-week job! Worst Customer Service Representative Award: [redacted]! Very unprofessional... trashed the insurance company that was paying for the job and basically made me feel like a charity case cause they were "barely breaking even". In all the time that they took to get my car ready they never once called to give me a status report. I would always have to call to ask what was going on and I kept getting promised it would be ready "next week". Save yourself a headache and go to Karl's just down the street!
