who picks the other company to do the repairs? who is responsible for paying for those repairs?

That does not fix the problem...Marysville city told me that the fence must face out and the posts can't be enclosed due to possibility of animals / rodents nesting between the panels. just give the money back, come get your wood and posts. thats the only solution that I will accept. lets get on with this and stop wasting time! their quality is terrible and would not have them work for me again. The Revdex.com has the photos, let a 3rd party make the final decision so we all can move on

SirsFunds shall be placed in escrow in the possession of Buckeye's Attorney, [redacted]. [redacted], Attorney at Law and said attorney shall report monthly to the homeowner of the deposit completion.  The initial deposit of funds shall be made during the month of October, 2017, with deposits to be made for an additional 5 months with the full amount to be escrowed with The April1,2018deposit.  3.      Monthly escrow payments are to be $1,216.67 per month. Buckeye shall not allowthe amount in escrow be less than the number of months paid multiplied by the sum of $1,216.67 per month.4.    The Revdex.com arbitration shall be continued to allow sufficient time to complete the settlement.5.    The replacement fence company shall apply its own warranties and contractual representations directly to the homeowner and upon successful completion of the fence Buckeye shall be released from all further liability on the premises, the Revdex.com matter shall be dismissed or withdrawn and a release  shall be executed by the homeowners.At initial deposit an e-mail will be sent to thumbtack site to say the dispute is being  settled.This amount represents a complete refund of monies received on projectDispersement will be assigned to homeowners Thank youBuckeye building solutions LTD
