We bought a BC-5 Last spring and launched our roasting business. Up here in Alaska things are growing steadily. Our roaster has preformed flawlessly. We are now looking at producing K-cups from our roasted coffee to increase our profit margins.

Buckeye Arizona Roasting Company makes great coffee. I have not bought a roaster, but I have 4 different roasted coffees of their and find them all to be excellent. Being a real [redacted] (in [redacted]) I found it interesting that there is a Buckeye Arizona. And the home of some of the best coffee I have ever had.

I bought the BC 600 and couldn't be happier with it! Buckeye has been wonderful to work with from the start. They were so quick to get back to me with answers to questions that I had and talked me through set up and troubleshooting. Their customer service it top of the line and I wouldn't choose to go anywhere else when buying a roaster. Thank you Randy and Jeremiah for all that you have done to help Sweet and Co Roasting to get off to a great start! You guys are the best!

Sweet and Co Coffee Roasting

Purchased a BC-300 Roaster from Buckeye Coffee. I placed a preorder for a roaster on May 29th. The preorder was from a batch of roasters that were already ordered, but in transit from overseas. I was told it would take about a month for it to reach me based on how quickly the roasters passed customs. The roaster went through customs and was received by Buckeye Coffee in Arizona on the 4th of July. They bench tested the roaster and sent it out and I received it on July 11th. The freight line called me day before delivery to setup a delivery time window.

I was kept in the loop entirely during the whole process, which put my mind at ease. I uncrated the roaster and tested on July 12th, everything was packaged well and in good working order. I was able to set it up with the Artisan software the same day. Very pleased with the product and overall experience.

We have had a very good experience with Buckeye. We did have some minor issues with the machine , which were handled in timely an very professional way .We understand that while dealing with machines you will sometimes have problems ,its a machine, what is important is having a company who is there for you to help you get back up and running as fast as possible. That is Buckeye . Randy was willing to do whatever it took to make us happy even if we wanted a full refund!!! Of course we don't we love are machine . If your looking for a good company this is the one.

Randy was incredibly knowledgable about his products. He answered any questions I had in a timely manner. I would totally recommend doing business with him if youre looking for the products he offers.

I would like to share some thoughts on the Sedona 3200 we recently purchased from Randy at buckeye Coffee.

It was purchased for anticipated use in our food truck-mobile microroastery, we stepped up to the Sedona from a one pound sample roaster. The Sedona roasts beautifully! The cast drum assures a controllable smooth heat. The roasts tend to profile softer, less acidic, than the fluid bed roasters. The quality and construction of the unit are equal to or better than I expected.

Most importantly Randy stood behind the product making himself available to consult and assure that any issues were corrected as soon as possible. Our unit arrived set for natural gas instead of propane, he expediently sent the correct parts with instructions for me to do the change over (at my request over his willingness to replace the unit).

The long and short of it is that I would eagerly choose the Sedona again and am looking forward to growing our business to the point that we need a newer, larger roastr from Buckeye.

Our company recently purchased a roaster from Buckeye Coffee and I wanted to take a few moments to provide a review of our experience. This purchase was a big step for our small startup and after a lot of time spent researching roasters we decided to go with Randy's product and couldn't be happier. The roaster is working perfectly and we have been receiving great feedback on the quality of the coffee it has produced. Randy has also been very responsive post purchase and that means a lot.

I have had the pleasure of trying several different types of Buckeye Arizona Roasting Company's coffee and was very impressed with them all. The first one I tried was a Guatemala K-cup that was packaged perfectly for my Keurig - it was fresh and had the right amount of coffee to give me the bold and flavorful taste I need in the morning.

The next coffee I experienced was the Ethiopia Yirgacheff - I have tried this coffee at other locations but what I received from Buckeye Roasting was so fresh and was roasted to perfection so it made it seemed like this was the first time I had ever had the full gourmet taste of this fine Ethiopia Coffee.

Of all the coffee's I received from Buckeye by far the best was the Sumatra Dark. This came as whole beans and I grind them right before brewing and the aroma can honestly wake up an entire house. I tried to save this coffee for special occasions but I just have to enjoy some daily. I highly recommend this coffee and the Buckeye Arizona Roasting Company.

I recently purchased one of Randy's BC 2000 roasters. We are a coffee shop/bakery that has grown to the point to where roasting our own coffee just made sense. I did ALOT of homework on many different manufactures of roasters I even traveled around Ohio to talk to different people about the equipment they were using.that's when I first had a chance to see one of the BC roasters being used. I looked at many different models Ozturk,san Franciscan,Toper,Coffee Tech,Probat Burns and diedrich. All these roasters had less features not any better build quality for more than TWICE the price! Do not waste your money buying a big brand name roaster. Last but not least you will not get better customer service from anyone!! I can call Randy's home phone anytime I need help or have any questions. Randy keep up the good work you are going to help a lot of people join in on the fun world of micro roasting.

I purchased a 3.5 Kilo roaster nearly a year ago. The roaster sat for a while until the shop was ready, but we have been up-and-running (roasting) for about 2+ months so far.

Randy is always ready and willing to help out. I had never roasted before and made a lot of mistakes and blunders along the way and Randy was always there to help me out, even replace a part I managed to break for me. I definitely recommend Randy and Buckeye to anyone looking for a roaster at this price point.

Ever since I decided to get into the coffee roasting business Randy has been extremely helpful. He helped me find the perfect roaster for my needs, the bc-2000. This roaster is great, it's the perfect size for my small business operation and works so well! I can really control my roasts. Coffee has never tasted this good. My customers love it. I got the gas model and it runs perfectly. Randy has been super fast at returning questions and emails and has sent the additional parts I've needed very quickly. I highly recommend buckeye to anyone who is considering roasting at home or commercially.

I recently purchased a Sedona 3200 elite and have had nothing but great service from Randy and the staff at Buckeye. We made calls regarding installation, troubleshooting, and their staff has gone above and beyond the call of service. They have helped with gas lines, beans, researching the freshness of K-cups, labeling, and bagging our coffee beans.

We were so glad and pleased that we continue to think of ways we can tap into their services and refer them to other roasters we know. We also recently bought a K-cup machine as a result of the staffs help and knowledge. I would definitely recommend going with Buckeye for your local brew needs.

Randy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about his products. He answered any questions I had in a timely manner. After searching other companies and machines I purchased a BC 1300 electric from Randy. And I'm glad I did!
