I made them a
reasonable offer in good faith just to placate them and not as an admission of
faultI have gone far and beyond what any other company would have done to
keep them as a satisfied customer
Buckeye
installed a new radiator (have documents to show). When the new radiator was installed the
original one still had sufficient coolant in it Buckeye did not charge them their $deductible
since the repairs had taken longer than quoted Months later, they complained about a check engine light and
multiple other issues unrelated to the original collision damage
Their 4X
system not working was caused by a bad computer module that is located in the rear
of the vehicleThey were advised that it needed to go to Honda to have the program
updated or module replacedAn exhaust oxygen sensor located under the vehicle was
not responding which Buckeye replaced at no cost to themThe spark plugs that another
company had installed were causing a misfire due to improper conductive grease
being used instead of dielectric grease Buckeye cleaned the wires and installed
proper grease and new spark plugsWe repaired the battery terminals and the
air cleaner inlet tube that was tornBuckeye also re-installed the front
bumper cover after it had been torn loose and had broken the clips that keep it
in place
They were advised that the water-pump was bad and
needed replaced
The lack of proper maintenance to the vehicle is the
reason for the head gasket failure
We also provided
them a vehicle to drive while Buckeye looked over their vehicle
Our repairs to
the vehicle were done properly and were of top notch quality. All the issues with the vehicle are due to
lack of proper maintenance.

Yes, we had repaired the vehicle and was delivered on 08-27-2012. with 131640 miles  ( the vehicle doesn't even belong to her) The repairs did take longer then should have, the reason being was part issues. I had bent over backwards for her. At the time to make the issue better and being...

it took longer on the repairs I didn't charge her the $500.00 deductible. The insurance company quoted out an LKQ front (used front end as.) en-which the used radiator did have a minor leak and was replaced with a new radiator. They had brought back vehicle a couple times to be checked out and it was all maintenance issues which we made her aware of, starting with it needed a water pump, (which we quoted her) tune up (we installed new spark plugs), O2 sensor which we did install at no cost she also stated that the 4wd light was not working properly and that was due to a tech bulletin from Honda needing to be updated. As far as the motor oil issue we wouldn't  have had a reason to check the oil at the time of repairs, (had nothing apart on the vehicle that would have do with dissembling of the motor so no reason to check the oil) the transmission fluid was checked and topped off being the trans. cooler is in the lower radiator. She has contacted the insurance company to get them involved, they have been in-contact with her stating that the issues she has, has nothing to do with the repairs.
