Yes, we had repaired the vehicle and was delivered on 08-27-with miles ( the vehicle doesn't even belong to her) The repairs did take longer then should have, the reason being was part issuesI had bent over backwards for herAt the time to make the issue better and being it took longer on the repairs I didn't charge her the $deductibleThe insurance company quoted out an LKQ front (used front end as.) en-which the used radiator did have a minor leak and was replaced with a new radiatorThey had brought back vehicle a couple times to be checked out and it was all maintenance issues which we made her aware of, starting with it needed a water pump, (which we quoted her) tune up (we installed new spark plugs), Osensor which we did install at no cost she also stated that the 4wd light was not working properly and that was due to a tech bulletin from Honda needing to be updatedAs far as the motor oil issue we wouldn't have had a reason to check the oil at the time of repairs, (had nothing apart on the vehicle that would have do with dissembling of the motor so no reason to check the oil) the transmission fluid was checked and topped off being the transcooler is in the lower radiatorShe has contacted the insurance company to get them involved, they have been in-contact with her stating that the issues she has, has nothing to do with the repairs
