Good morning Yes she is correct in saying that there were some unsatisfactory issues with the concrete and Mike, the owner/operator, did indeed offer a full refund to themThere were several contributing factors from the [redacted] ** to the color that was purchased for the project to some layout errors None the less, they were unhappy and requested a full refund so my husband Mike agreed to do this Mike was in communications (and those continue ) with the insurance company and the [redacted] *** and decorative material companiesThis took a few weeksApparently they had set a deadline to receive the full amount and since we didn't meet that began their mission to destroy our company and "warn others of our scam." I first spoke with Mrs [redacted] last week when she began posting negative comments, bashing etcon [redacted] and several selling walls Upon speaking I assured her that we would in fact refund them because If Mike said he would then he would honor that word She insisted that we pay the $(which was the total for labor, materials and concrete costs) within days of speaking with them In communications this weekend, I told Mrs [redacted] that we could come by their home on Sunday, Aug 9th with $and would have an additional $by Wednesday of this week (Aug12) and could then pay the remaining balance owed as soon as we received payment from a large commercial project that was completed and awaiting payment from(We are estimating this to be within Weeks) This was unsatisfactory to both Mrand Mrs [redacted] I offered the payment several times myself and she continuously declined Saturday she began her posts of negative slamming of our company using several social media sites once again Never mentioning that we offered the refund and would have been providing her with money immediately In my last correspondence with her I told her that as long as she continued to post these things that I would assume that she was unwilling to work this out with us I also said that if she wanted the payment that I was offering I would assume that she would message me Yesterday, Sunday August 9th, I had the money in hand as discussed with her but was not contactedWhen asking her for the final time if she wanted the $payment her response was and I quote, " No I'll keep my post up and keep my ball rolling Hopefully for your sake you will come up with it before the news gets out here Because I sent all the info in tonight along with the Revdex.com."Mrs [redacted] is very difficult to work with We offered a full refund however she appears to be more interested in slamming our company through social media and other outlets then actually getting her money back I've exhausted all attempts to rectify this and assume now am forced to wait on court action Do you have any guidance for us pertaining to this?Thank you for any input that you can give usSuzy P***

First off I would like to thank the Revdex.com for your time with my complaintSecond off I think it is unbelievable with the lies from this companyWe now have a court date as of OCT, ,That the P***'s are well aware ofBUCKEYE CONCRETE SERVICES continues NOT to fallow through with what they promisedWe NEVER received any amount of payment as of 9-15-Also I was in contact with [redacted] and [redacted] and neither one of them was aware or have been contacted before 9-9-and that was by myselfMr [redacted] from [redacted] came out to home wihour of contacting him and was very professionalHe also said he had to go look at another site Buckeye concrete service had done and that this seemed to be a pattern with this companyWe had two pours of concrete one which was of cubic yards and another of cubic yardsI was also in contact with [redacted] and they said Mr P***'s had only purchased yards of toffee and one tub of brown bark releasesClearly this was a mathematical error on MrP***s's part with the mixing of the colorThe fact of the matter is the P***'s thought we would just go away if they gave us a big enough run around and that's Not going to happenAnd I believe that it may be fraudulent on their part if they keep trying to blame their mistake on other company'sI will have to ask the judge this question Thank you, Mrs [redacted]

Regarding the dispute with Mr and Mrs***.Buckeye Concrete Services will have their refund check (cashiers check via certified mail) sent out Friday, September 11th for the total amount that was paid to Buckeye Concrete Services The amount the customer paid to the *** *** company will be their responsibility to recoverWe had been in contact with the *** *** company to schedule a site inspection from the sales rep in hopes of recovering some of those costs paid by them, however Mrs*** began bashing our company on several social media outletsOnce that began and she stated to me that they were unwilling to take our payments, I immediately stopped communications with the *** *** companyAs long as they still have the concrete the was purchased, they can reach out to the *** *** company themselves to request a sales rep to look at their product.Mike originally offered to tear out and replace the concrete, Mr*** stressed that he didn't want that and really just wanted the refundMike agreed to that and let him know that his next steps would be to contact our insurance company, the *** *** company, the *** *** ** where the color had been purchasedUnbeknown to me, a "deadline date" had been set by Mr and Mrs *** and because it had not been settled by then, she took to the Internet to bash and destroy our company, Urging everyone to share her rant on their own sites as wellAll of this was done without one time mentioning that BCS had offered to replace and had offered a refund as wellIt was very one sided and much of it was inaccurate On August 8th, following the copied discussions below, I stopped all communications with the customer as well as concrete company in attempts to get their money back. In those discussions with her that I have copied below, she appears to be far more interested in destroying our company and reputation then receiving payment as they originally requestedThis refund could have been paid out to them weeks ago however Mrs *** declined. We now have a court date as of OCT, 1 ,2015 That the P[redacted]'s are well aware of. BUCKEYE CONCRETE SERVICES continues NOT to fallow through with what they promised. We NEVER received any amount of payment as of 9-15-15. Also I was in contact with [redacted] and [redacted] and neither one of them was aware or have been contacted before 9-9-15 and that was by myself. Mr. [redacted] from [redacted] came out to home with-in 12 hour of contacting him and was very professional. He also said he had to go look at another site Buckeye concrete service had done and that this seemed to be a pattern with this company. We had two pours of concrete one which was of 2.5 cubic yards and another of 8 cubic yards. I was also in contact with [redacted] and they said Mr P[redacted]'s had only purchased 6.5 yards of toffee and one tub of brown bark releases. Clearly this was a mathematical error on Mr. P[redacted]s's part with the mixing of the color. The fact of the matter is the P[redacted]'s thought we would just go away if they gave us a big enough run around and that's Not going to happen. And I believe that it may be fraudulent on their part if they keep trying to blame their mistake on other company's. I will have to ask the judge this question. Thank you, Mrs [redacted].
