Been waiting for months...nothing Dropped of a high end Onkyo Integra receiver for repair on April 9, I paid a $bench fee in order to have the unit pipelined for repair I was initially told that it would be about weeks to repair the unit I called at about the week date to check upon the status of the repair and here is what I was told - "I (Buckeye Electronics) will call you when I get it repaired Have I called you yet? I have not" My concern is that Buckeye may have one of motivations: They have no idea how to repair it, or They are hoping that I just give up and Buckeye ends up with a very good repaired receiver for either personal use or resale
Awesome customer serviceI had contacted [redacted] on Dec 2013, 4:30pm to see if he could repair my GPSHe stated he could, but he was scheduled to close at 6:30pmI told him I was on my wayUnfortunately, there was a major traffic accident on 675S and I was stuck in a traffic jamI called [redacted] and explained what happenedThankfully, he waited until 6:45pm for me to arriveHe successfully repaired my GPS unit, on time and within his estimateI definitely recommend this business

Awesome customer service. I had contacted [redacted] on 23 Dec 2013, 4:30pm to see if he could repair my GPS. He stated he could, but he was scheduled to close at 6:30pm. I told him I was on my way. Unfortunately, there was a major traffic accident on 675S and I was stuck in a traffic jam. I called [redacted] and explained what happened. Thankfully, he waited until 6:45pm for me to arrive. He successfully repaired my GPS unit, on time and within his estimate. I definitely recommend this business.
