don't normally work on Sundays but due to the number of calls I received from [redacted] and her husband, I made an exception and came out on Sunday (5 days after roof completion) and my crew completely replaced the j-channel on her siding. She made my guys aware of some other things she wasn't happy with but my men didn't have the time nor materials to take care of them on that Sunday visit so we came back out on Tuesday (2 visits in less than a week from completion). We cleaned off any paint marks and laid shingles over her wall flashing because she didn't want to see the flashing. She then saw that her outside corner posts were chipped at the bottom and demanded we replace those. After looking at photos I had before any work was started it was clear that we did not damage her outside corner posts but nevertheless, my men will be out there tomorrow (Tuesday 5/16) to replace the outside corner posts. The outside corner posts were a special order and are being put on the day they will arrive at the supply house. At no point was there a refusal to take care of any repairs, nor was there any lack in communication. Unfortunately, due to weather and time, I just wasn't in a position to answer the 20+ daily texts or phone calls.
