I unfortunately used this car wash for my new Chevy Silverado with miles on itThe truck was in perfect condition, and had only one wash on it from the dealership The paint was in pristine shape until I used Buckeye Express Car washNow I have hundreds of scratches on the truck, and have to pay to have it buffedThe employee in charge that day advised me that their brushes don’t hold dirt, and that the scratches must have been there before I went through the washShe stated that the marks on the truck don’t coincide with the rotation of the brushes, but anyone that knows rotating brushes would be able to see this isn’t trueThey do not stand up to the service they provide, nor do they take an ethical approach to customer complaintsThere have been uncountable reviews on social media regarding this company, and it is my goal to make all aware, that we as customers, will not stand for this type of customer service from a local business
