Review: I bought a new Walther PK380 on 1-28-13 when I got home I realized it did not have the owners manual in the case so I called the gun shop and they told me to get on the Walther site and request they mail me one.So I did but I still haven't received one. While I was on the Walther site I noticed there was a safety recall, on the gun I had just bought, from 10-4-12. I looked to see if the gun had been repaired and it did not.The recall said the gun could go off with the safety on and should have all shells removed from the gun and sent back to the factory to be repaired.I called the gun shop up and left a message about the recall but they never returned my call so I stopped in there on 2-14-13 and brought it to their attention.First they said they sold alot of them, and didn't know of any recall. Then I told them I talked to the company and they said "Oh we remember that recall" They said they could send it back for me but I told them the Walther Co. is already taking care of it. They acted like it was no big deal. I was lucky and caught this but what about all the other people who bought this same gun from them? They said they sold so many they couldn't keep them in stock.Desired Settlement: I would like $100.00 for all my trouble, and the danger they put me in by not fixing this recall before they sold this gun. I would like them to be responsible to notify all the other gun buyers of this gun to make them aware of this recall.
