I am rejecting this response because: the information the company gave you is inaccurateThe installers were told that evening on install the product was not acceptableNobody ever told the company the notch in the oven wall cabinet was fineMrs [redacted] could not come down to inspect at the time due to asthma, wheezing and reactive airway response to the chemicalsThis was explained to the owner of the company and he said "I don't [redacted] care if your wife can't [redacted] breathe"After the owner of Gramite Plus has cursed me on the phone, cursed my wife about her medical condition, in addition to hacking away at the granite when he attempted the initial repair, I do not feel comfortable having the company back in my homeI consider the owner of the company a threat to my familySince the initial complaint, the sink that we paid $(for installation, I purchased the sink separately) has fallen inI'm certain that this professional installation should have lasted more than daysIn regard to the seam, the salesman told us "we do this all the time sir, we will use an extra piece that flows and position the granite so that the pattern flows" It does notIn addition, blue ink that did not match any color in the granite was added to the pieceOn the initial repair, black ink in a line was added, making the seal more noticeableI feel that the company has done this on purpose in addition to hacking around the oven cabinet and cutting my cabinet because I asked them to return to make the repairsThe owner said "we can't drive all the way down that far to fix itThe owner even commented "I know it looks bad but you're two hours away"

I spoke with Mr [redacted] on 3/via text message thiough I insisted we speak over the phone, regarding his install issues which we had already corrected to his satisfaction the night beforeHe stated his wife was very unhappy with the results of his seam and the notch beside his double ovenI asked him if he explained to his wife we put the notch by the oven where he asked us to put it so he could slide it all the way to the wallHe refused to answerUpon realizing that the oven wouldn't go tight against the wall he then said the notch would be fine that he'd cut into his wall to allow the oven to sit flush against itWe worked for hours to make his seam look as invisible as possibleI explained to Mr [redacted] again that his granite has a flowing pattern to it and that the seam would be noticeable to a certain degreeHe stated that our salesman told him he would not see his seam at all that it would be completely invisible and that intact there might not be a seam at allI reminded Mr [redacted] of his contract agreement he signed which is written in bold letters that anything over inches requires a seemSeam locations are determined by usHis island was 135" over all and his seem was placed at 112"The slab of granite they chose was 113" overall and the island required a seemWe located the seam towards the wall instead of in the center of the island like we normally would so it could be as un noticeable as possibleMrs [redacted] was completely uncooperative the last time we were there to fix the mistakes and Infact stood upstairs and was screaming obscenities to usMr [redacted] said she was fine and that the final work was completed to his satisfaction and that though his wife refused to come down to inspect she would be satisfied as wellI feel we corrected this matter to the best of our abilitiesI'm sorry MrAnd Mrs [redacted] are still unsatified and we would be more then happy to correct anything they feel is unsatisfactoryAs far as the accusations Mr [redacted] is accusing regarding profanity towards his wifeWe are very professional and pride ourselves on customer satisfaction, quality and the appearance of our companyThere is In fact no way anyone from our company would speak to a customer the way he described especially the ownerMrAnd Mrs [redacted] have been extremely uncooperative from the beginning on letting us fix the problemsThey would not return phone calls and would only respond through text messageI am sorry they're still unhappy

We had Buckeye Granite Plus install our granite countertops I would HIGHLY recommend this company I work with many different companies, professionally and personally, and I found Woody and his employees to be the "best in the business" It is a rarity that a company delivers precisely what they say they will, but Buckeye Granite Plus will do just that! They are professional, punctual, and their prices are very reasonable I have recommended this company to many people and will continue to do so because they are truly an A+++ business!

In response to the [redacted] rejection of our previous attempt to explain our side of the situation, we have decided not to further comment on this matter.  This is in no way an admission of guilt, but an attempt to avoid further accusations of an "unprofessional" install.  What company with a great reputation that is built on honesty, trust, great pricing and exceptional workmanship such as ours would ever speak to a customer in such a manner? I'm certain that this professional installation should have lasted more than 30 days. In regard to the seam, the salesman told us "we do this all the time sir, we will use an extra piece that flows and position the granite so that the pattern flows".  It does not. I would like to warn anyone considering using this company to not do it. The two owners, Terry H[redacted] and Woody Fr[redacted] stole over $4100 worth of property from me when I allowed them into my place unsupervised. When the police didnt immediately help me I had to hire a private investigator to prove my case. Total loss would have been over $7000 had I not eventually received my property back. At any rate, please take my warning. If you doubt what I'm claiming, please contact Officer [redacted] at the Groveport Ohio police department to confirm.
