Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: The tires would not had to have been replaced yet if not for the negligence of the respondent's employeesThe employees lied, they failed to do their job, and the only way to make this right is to reimburse me my costs incurred by their negligence.Sincerely,*** ***

I can definitely understand the customers concern, it is unfortunately not something I can reverse at this time since the purchase for the new tires was not at my locationsHad the purchase been done at either location we own we would have honored the remaining mileage warranty on the
tires and would have given the appropriate credit at that timeI am very surprised that the other location at which he purchased the new tires did not stand behind the mileage warranty and give the credit which was due, my advice is to call the manager at the store at which he purchased the new tires and ask for the credit. If they are not willing then I would call the Headquarters in Bend, OR and explain that the store did not give the credit that was due

The quote received from Toledo was the same as the one from Newport with the addition of a cam kit if needed it seems that this person just wishes to spout information and make themselves look foolishI hope they do as promised and do the work themselves (which they have already stated it is not needed) since they have been doing all of their own work for over years and know more than anyone else.Their complaint should be that Corvallis did not find the issue like Newport and Toledo did

*** *** I DID NOT agree with anything and got a second opinion and a 3rdToledo said that we needed new upper control arms AND a cradle kit ! ! ! stores and DIFFERENT opinions on the same truck, so who do I believe ? The techat Toledo SHOWED me what was moving in the suspension whereas Newport DID NOTIf I had gotten the same findings at all stores we wouldn't be here right now ! ! ! I don't know which store to trust anymore . if any of themThis being the case, I plan to go elsewhere or do the work myself like I've been doing for over years now

*** *** .I'm a fool if I don't trust people ? ? ? That's why I got a 2nd and 3rd opinion . What the hell would you do if you got the first like I did ? ? ? So now you call me a fool for covering all the bases you can shove your stupid remark where the sun doesn't shine too ! ! ! The truck showed no signs of anything being wrong with it the way it and drove the tires wore evenly, no vibration OR slop in the steering or steering wheelNOTHING ! ! ! I am disabled and on Social Security so you see, $is a big chunk of change for usMy thanks to AJ in Toledo for taking the time to SHOW me where the problem was and explaining everything to us. Will be going there for the alignment after I install the new control arms on the truck for HALF off what you wanted for the single control arm WITHOUT installation

When the customer was here at our store the Tech explained the problem and the customer agreed that the problem existed The customer then went the Les Schwab store in Corvallis on 9th street and they could not find or duplicate the issueThe customer then called our main office to complain and told
them that we are dishonest and was going to have us arrested and taken to court. The customer then went to the Les Schwab store in Toledo and they found the same issue as my store and made a quote for the identical issueThey never contacted our store directly by any means to allow us to show them how the item was worn or give us another chance to explain to them how to properly inspect the vehicleI would like the customer to respond with apologies in writing to our store since we did right thing and were completely honest with the customerThey should also discuss this with the Corvallis 9th st store so they will be more educated.
