First I didn't know about her son until just lately. and the job wasn't finish as well as there was 2 men started the job and she kept the tank for one of Freon which did not belong to her and the service man left it because he was coming back in morning. but it rained all the equipment was there and paid for so what ever she paid of 3900l.00 was way out and I made amistake on thelast note sent in return to her complaint she had a credit of 300.00 not 200.00. She had someone else finish the job that's great but the guys were not done anyways. The first day of work there was 2 guys working and later there was two guys again . I'm glad her job is completed . I wish here well.but her previous problems had nothing to do with us.her actions were un call for and very abusive . I'm glad all working for her now. The men never got to finish the job but that's o.k. l.

If customer stop talking when men are trying to work things move along a lot fasterKeith did have a helper she wasn't satisfied with himSo I did have a nother service man that was coming and she wouldn't let himShe kept some things that belong to Buckeye when she refused to let keith in to work. She has all the equipment installed just a couple minor things to finish and she refuse entry to keith or this other service man that was going to finish up but she refuse to let him come overNow after the work is almost done she has a different attitude and wants things freeI don't know what she talking about no company starts a job without down payment and she knew that upfront infact two years ago, We did think Dereck was in an accident because he was to finish this job we weren't aware of anything as to what happen at the timeI called her a couple times to let this other service man to finish the job since she doesn't want Keith back but she refused.as well as she kept equipment that wasn't hersWe also don't work outside in the rain which it did the day before and she was informed we don't work outside on units in the rain.I'm sorry she has such a attitude about the men but I was willing to send this other man she refuse to let him come to finish up.we also worked around her time we were vey fair after the job was on the way she then wanted freeby when told her that is extra she was very upset and change her attitude This didn't have to happen all she had to do is let the man come and finish there work but she was upset the service man don't work out in the rain as you remember it really rain hard wedwe still want to finish up the few things that need to be done for her all she has to do is give us a call

On Friday July 8th ,I paid *** *** and *** INCa deposit of down on a job to repair the violations that was taped to my front door of my home from the CITY OF CLEVELAND HOUSING INSPECTOR DEPTFROM INSPECTOR *** ***On JULY, THE JOB WAS COMPLETED AND I PAID THE BALANCE OF I'm not sure of what MrsK*** is saying about I have her equipmentI did find a couple of tools that Keith left near the thermostat in my home when he was not able to connect the thermostat. I am willing to return them to herAnd I see a pink jug in my garage alsoIt probable belong to Keith because I remember him putting it in my garage after him and the older guy left who was helping him to try and get my air goingShe can have that tooI don't want any of her equipment I WANT MRS.K*** TO BE AWARE OF THE PEOPLE THAT SHE HIRE TO WORK FOR HERLIKE I SAID, MY ONLY CHILD DIED FROM CARBON MONOXIDE POISIONING DUE TO A FAULTY FURNACEI AM ASKING THE Revdex.com TO HAVE ALL THE HOMES INSPECTED BY AN INSPECTOR THAT BUCKEYE *** WORKED ON. THE CHIMNEY LINER WAS A VERY IMPORTANT PART IN INSTALLING A FURNACETHAT IS WHAT HELPS THE CARBON MONOXIDE EXIT THE HOMEOMG!!!!! I CAN'T STOP CRYINGTHINKING ABOUT THE DEATH OF MY SON DUE TO THE SAME THING THAT BUCKEYE *** FORGOT TO DO TO MY FURNACEAND I FOUND OUT AFTER *** *** FINISHED THE WORK ON THE CENTRAL AIR, THEY SAID THAT THE FURNACE DID NOT COME ON WHEN TURNED IT ONTHEY DID NOT HAVE TIME TO FIX THE PROBLEM. THEY ALSO HAD TO ADD A PART TO THE CENTRAL AIR UNIT BECAUSE THE WORKER FROM BUCKEYE *** BURNTED IT OUTI CAN'T THINK OF THE NAME OF ITNOW I'M STILL AFRAID BEACAUSE MY FURNACE IS NOT WORKINGI WAS TOLD THAT I WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR A SERVICE CALL TO SEE WHY THE FURNACE IS NOT WORKINGOMG!!!! HOW MUCH CAN MY HEART TAKEIM SO AFRAID OF CARBON MONOXIDE SINCE MY SON AND OF HIS FRIENDS PASSED AWAYMRSK*** PLEASE DO A BACKGROUND CHECK ON YOUR SUB CONTRACTOR WORKERSPLEASE PLEASE

Buckeye has conducted business with Ms. [redacted] for over 2 decades and the relationship has been a wonderful and good relationship. Buckeye received a request for service on 6-24-16 for a "Noise" in the outside condensor. A diagnosis revealed the system was low on refrigerant and needed to be...

charged to capacity. The work was conducted and customer was satisfied and paid for service and signed the Service Ticket. A month later, there was no cooling and a service request was made. No service charge would have been charged if the problem was the same. In this instance, a Service charge should have applied due to a "New" diagnosis. That being the blower requiring a new capacitor. the parts were replaced. Because of the long standing relationship with this customer the Service Call Fee for the "New" problem was waived and only a parts fee was billed for. No additional Labor was charged either, again because of a long standing customer relationship. Buckeye received a call roughly 17 - 18 days later requesting a refund by someone on behalf of Ms. [redacted], but not her. This person never called prior, nor did he complain prior. On both occasions the "Noise" (2 - Differnt ones) were eliminated and the customer was satisfied. Ms. [redacted] being a long standing customer knows full well that any complaints are taken seriously and any issues that could arise within the warranty period resulting in no additional fees for services. However, in this instance a complaint or request for return service was never asked for or submitted. In fact the call by the uinidentified individual on Ms. [redacted]'s behalf was made after contacting another company and their work conducted. If their was a problem it was well within the warranty period and all that needed to be done was to notify us of a request for warranty or return service and we would have corrected the problem. However Buckeye was never given this opportunity because the unidentified individual took it upon himself to bypass Buckeye and their warranty service and call someone else. It was only after the fact he called Buckeye DEMANDING MONEY. Not attempting to resolve an issue, but DEMANDING money. Buckeye was never given a true opportunity to investigate any alleged problem because it was never aware of none. Buckeye will not refund money in this instance because the work conducted on both occasions was complete, the customer satisfied (signed service tickets) Buckeye was never given and opportunity to correct any ALLEGED problem.
