The customers are telling the truth it probably is breaking apart...what they are not telling you is the purchased a tile from a discount discontinued store for 69cents per tile I highly advised them do not do this? They insisted on buying this tile...against all advice of me.....now what is happening is

MrRobert W [redacted] was hired as a contractor to put new tiles flooring in our kitchen area, three bath rooms, laundry room, and a small hallwayMrW [redacted] agreed in writing to perform this work at the total cost of $3,(Please see the attached documentation/invoice)Later MrW [redacted] also agreed to perform the repair on our deck, including painting the deck for a total amount of $MrW [redacted] performed incomplete and sub-standard work on the flooring jobMrW [redacted] did not remove the existing flooring and installed the tiles on the top of the existing flooring, many of the installed titles have visible cracks, the flooring has uneven surfaces, a few titles are still loose, there are also large number of cracks in the grout, one of the bath room sink wobbles because it has not been attached properly due to the raised flooring, and this bathroom sink also leaks water.MrW [redacted] did not perform any work on the deck though he obtained an advance payment of $from us for this part of the work that he agreed to performThe total amount that MrW [redacted] received from us was $3,(Please the attached copies of three checks) We ask that MrW [redacted] return all the money he received from us because we will have to hire another contractor to finish the remaining work and redo the sub-standard workWe request that Revdex.com assign a mediator to resolve these issues as soon as possibleWe are willing to provide any documentary proof including pictures to help resolve these issues.Sincerely, [redacted] ***Phone: ###-###-####

I was running a day behind and the customer got mad and cancelled

Later Mr. W[redacted] also agreed to perform the repair on our deck, including painting the deck for a total amount of $400.00. Mr. W[redacted] performed incomplete and sub-standard work on the flooring job. Mr. W[redacted] did not remove the existing flooring and installed the tiles on the top of the existing flooring, many of the installed titles have visible cracks, the flooring has uneven surfaces, a few titles are still loose, there are also large number of cracks in the grout, one of the bath room sink wobbles because it has not been attached properly due to the raised flooring, and this bathroom sink also leaks water.Mr. W[redacted] did not perform any work on the deck though he obtained an advance payment of $200.00 from us for this part of the work that he agreed to perform.
