We cleaned your entire home with the same products; the faucets downstairs are not damaged and the faucets upstairs were not damaged when we left your home. We have recently reached out to this customer to come to a resolution.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. The cleaning company has filed a claim with their insurance. Pending the response I receive from the adjuster this situation will be resolved. I would like to make one comment and that is the cleaning company was 100% responsible for what happened to all of our upstairs bathrooms. There is no other explanation for the damage.
