This business response was received by Revdex.com staff member ** via phone.Frank stated the consumer took her vehicle to a *** dealership and now wants his business to pay the *** dealership $for diagnosing her vehicle.Frank said he will not pay ***'s fee for the consumer.He also said the consumer refuses to return his loaner car and he wants it back.Frank said he will cover the labor for the consumer to have her car repaired at his business, if she has the car towed to his business.Frank also said the consumer is not making her car payment and is at risk of having her vehicle repossessed by her finance company

programming her part.The owner also said the consumer still has one of his loaner vehicles and she is not being charged for its use
