Its been days since his appointmentHe has been difficult to deal with and must not understand the importance of my yr old
daughter being rapped and needing to cancel his appointment. I was upfront with him and fully explained the situation and asked him to look elsewhere for service.You are not required to prepay as he statedHe must not be able to follow instructions or read.He has been refunded and hopefully has gone far away.Sadly this world has humans with no compassion like him
