30 minutes time.  He admitted that he had not checked his voicemail to find my messages.  He said he also did not get my e-mails.  We confirmed that the e-mail addresses and phone number I used were correct.  I told him I would forward the messages from last year to him.As far as I'm concerned, this problem has been resolved, though I'm still unhappy with the amount of time it took to respond to our emergency.Thanks.[redacted]
