I have reached out to our customerWe did not do a good job of communication at the time of the saleWe should have verified the number of remaining payments that were owed to the bankWe also did not turn in the lease in a timely mannerWe have taken responsibility for the remaining payments due and are in the process of mailing the payments to the bankWe also have completed the turning in of the leased vehicleI further explained to our customer that after the lease is turned in the bank will send a final statement about the leaseI have asked our customer to give us a call when he receives the statement in the mail We are making every effort to take care of our customers issue

I have reached out to our customer. We did not do a good job of communication at the time of the sale. We should have verified the number of remaining payments that were owed to the bank. We also did not turn in the lease in a timely manner. We have taken responsibility for the remaining payments due and are in the process of mailing the payments to the bank. We also have completed the turning in of the leased vehicle. I further explained to our customer that after the lease is turned in the bank will send a final statement about the lease. I have asked our customer to give us a call when he receives the statement in the mail.

I need to know if you would like the check mailed to the Nottingham address or if you would prefer to make arrangements to pick up the refund. I'm sorry that your visit went the way that it did.
