Buckeye came out on 7/16/to clear blockage in the main drain They were at our residence for less than one hour, and charged $(I don't have a problem with the amount charged for that time) Less than hours later, the drain was making noises again This was reported to them We called WPB city who came out and cleared the drain on their side, and told us the problem was on our endAnother hours, and black stuff was backing up into the tub We called Buckeye and were told there was no guarantee on the work (or lack of work in this instance), and that we would be charged again This was unacceptable, so we called a different plumber They came out and cleared the root blockage It took them over hours, and we incurred an additional $charge for their work It seems that we paid $to Buckeye for nothing I'm convinced, Buckeye simply pushed the roots in further, and caused the drain pipe to become
I am a chemical engineer and understand piping challenges Buckeye came in to troubleshoot a very intermittant leak, found it after other contractors failed and fixed it in a reasonable timeframe The techs were very professional and shared their findings without hesitation If I need a plumber again, I'm calling Buckeye Thank you!

Tenant mentioned a 2nd toilet was slow at flush; it appeared to me
it simply needed couple more flushes or just a press of a plunger
The technician said he could help and would charge us if he could
dig out a solid piece of material(and he promised to take a photo
and show us if he could dig out one.)
In the end, he didn't show any solid material he could dig out
But they still charged us extra $97, in addition to $they charged
to our 1st toilet; it was NOT FAIR!!

We had a sewage pipe that become backpitched by very large tree roots causing backup into the house Buckeye identified the location of roots using camera equipment and unfortunately the problemextended into the house, causing us to have to excavate both indoors and outdoors Buckeye technicians ( Yodny and Wilson) fixed the pipe issue, were professional, courteous and did a great clean up job They answered all questions and engaged us in the progress of the work This was a big job and Buckeye was super We absolutely recommend this company
We use Buckeye Plumbing for backflow certifications and plumbing repairs Connie and her team in the backflow department are awesome and always on top of things They make sure that our inspections and repairs on done on time The techs are great as well, they show up on time, advise us of what work needs to be done and completes the work as promised
