alled to service a master bath toilet Tenant mentioned a 2nd toilet was slow at flush; it appeared to me it simply needed couple more flushes or just a press of a plunger The technician said he could help and would charge us if he could dig out a solid piece of material(and he promised to take a photo and show us if he could dig out one.) In the end, he didn't show any solid material he could dig out But they still charged us extra $97, in addition to $they charged to our 1st toilet; it was NOT FAIR!! [redacted] **
