complete second area at this time. Homeowner has not been charged.

The initial work was done in July it is now October it has almost been 3 months and we are entering the fall rainy season. How long am I supposed to wait for additional work? A pledge/promise by the business to have it done by a certain date, weather dependent, would not seem unreasonable. Along with that, communication on the scheduling/progress would also seem reasonable.
