Sounds perfect to me I will be back to ohio on the 26th to schedule job and we can have work completed in November

Hi I went and sealed gas vent which was thought to be original leakWork was completed and then paid for with agreement with homeownerThere is still a leak at the property which can be coming from another areaHomeowner agreed to pay additional fee when completedWe have not been able to complete second area at this timeHomeowner has not been charged

The initial work was done in July it is now October it has almost been months and we are entering the fall rainy seasonHow long am I supposed to wait for additional work? A pledge/promise by the business to have it done by a certain date, weather dependent, would not seem unreasonableAlong with that, communication on the scheduling/progress would also seem reasonable
