Buckeye RV, LLC

I understand where the members of Buckeye are coming from however when we made the purchase of the RV they have complied on two different occasions in sending a “mobile service tech” too my location.   1. My wife and I parked the RV near Morgantown WV after our purchase, post 10-15 days after owning the unit we had a leaking hot water heater that could have caused serveral thousand dollars in damages, luckily my wife caught the leak and shut the water off. We then called Buckeye and informed them of the issue they sent a “Mobile Service Tech” out to make repairs not once but twice.  (So I am confused as to how being 242 miles away from the dealer location in Jeffersonville OH than 972 Miles)   2. Buckeye did in fact send someone to my RV location in SouthDakota to repair and replace a part failure in the fridge within the unit.  (So therefore I’m still confused as to how my claims are false in any way?) I was told when I purchased this unit that I could call Buckeye and they would cover anything for 1 year in dealing with Heartland directly because they had better channels and contacts than say the end user would being me.  I want them to stand true to their word and promise as they have twice in the past.  This is no different then the other two times mentioned above.  Regarding the parts Buckeye has finally stood true to that credit today and shipped the remaining item today.

[redacted],  we have received the letter regarding a complaint filed by Mr. [redacted] on his purchase of an RV from Buckeye RV.  While we are not a member of your Revdex.com, we are responding to the complaint in order to close the file.  Mr. [redacted] purchased the unit and took it to South Dakota,...

where it has been since new.  All of the warranty issues he refers to are factory warranty issues, which need to be addressed and repaired by an authorized Heartland RV dealership, which there are hundreds around the country.  Buckeye clearly cannot perform warranty repair on a unit that is not at our location.  The Warranty Forever coverages do not even take effect until the manufacturers warranty is over, so again, clearly the Warranty Forever issue he claims is completely false.  As for ordering parts out of our parts catalogue, we did in fact ship them several parts they selected, which was a consideration given to the customer over their frustrations with warranty issues in South Dakota (we had nothing to do with those issues, but tried to give them something to make them happy.  Their accusations are offensive and we completely disagree with their assertions.  At this point, unless the unit is brought back to Buckeye RV for warranty repairs, there is nothing else Buckeye can or will do for Mr. [redacted].
