[redacted] I phoned Buckeye Salvage as soon as possible after my filing Revdex.com complaint and spoke to manager [redacted], I told him I filed a Revdex.com complaint.  I...

told him I needed them to follow through with their agreement, that I had phone message from them agreeing to do such, that they needed to clean the asbestos out of the factory windows, that I had completed plans and construction into wallsof which the windows are supposed to fit.  He said he would refund my $300, but I again told him I had completed plans and completed construction (which cost money) and that I needed the windows cleaned of asbestos.  He said he would speak to the owner.  I called within a day or two after that and he said the owner only agreed to refund money.  I told him that was not sufficient.  I told him I may have a private company do the work and then sue Buckeye Salvage for the costs.  He didn't care.As I contacted [redacted] soon after filing the complaint, I believe I spoke to them prior to the Revdex.com attempt to contact Buckeye Salvage. [redacted] never mentioned any correspondence, but he always sounds angry when I speak to him on phone.That said Buckeye Salvage has not, to my knowledge, contacted me, made any attempt to contact me, nor offered any other remedy than what was offered prior to my contacting the Revdex.com. As such they have not agreed to follow through with what they said they would do.
