I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find the resolution is satisfactory to me I would prefer they remove the gutter from the sun porch and cap the ends, but if they are unwilling to do this , I'll take the money

I have since my last correspondence offered to send a video from my roofer showing the roofing decking waves causing drip edge not to sit flat on roof line witch is causing water to leak theu roof behind soffit, this water leak is from water not making its way down to the guttersRoofer also explained to me the only way to get that corrected is to remove last rows of shingles and replace wood decking and then re-install gutters While the roofer was out, he completely removed all drip edge and re-installed to try and get the drip to lay flatter hoping to correct some of the leakThis resulted in a $paid by Buckeye SeamlessAccording to my records, Mrs [redacted] claims to have gotten a roofer out who claims the drip edge was installed incorrectlyI’m not familiar with who or what company went out and told her that, but I have personally been out to see the issue and have video showing our findingsI feel at this point the only way to resolve this issue with [redacted] is to refund the money she spent for new drip edge and have her hire the roofer that came out to inspect that told her the drip edge was not installed correctlyI believe the drip edge cost was $285.00Please let me know if this resolution is fair to [redacted]

I apologize for not responding but I just found your letter in "junk mail" I was stunned when I read the response from Dave H***I'm not sure what he meant when he said there is a "leak somewhere in the roof" I also don't know what that has to do with the gutters leaking Most of the rest of the letter was not true He did send guys out The last time one of the men called him and put him on speaker phone He said I could call a roofer or, if I did not know one, he would send someone out at his expense I agreed to that, but no one ever came Before the gutters were installed they told me I needed a drip edge to prevent leakage I paid the extra money to have drip edge installed At that time there were numerous leaks but none in the patio area Now the patio floods every time it rains and the leak at the corner of the house is as bad as it was with the old gutters
