Business response taken over the phone by Revdex.com staff 7/9/15.They are finishing this job up on Saturday, they had an issue under the steps that was not part of the original contract, but they are going to fix it just to help her out

Business response taken over the phone by Revdex.com staff 7/9/15. They spoke to customer last week. They do need to go out there and do some repairs. They have had some scheduling conflicts with weather and timing.  They will call to schedule a time as soon as weather permits and they have a...

crew available.

The company never contacted me last week to advise that they have a crew available to come and do repairs when the weather permits.

Business response taken over the phone by Revdex.com staff 7/9/15. They did the job in August of 2014.  The homeowner is trying to sell the house and the realtor had concern on a back wall that was waterproofed.  They sent someone out, the consumer has a different issue unrelated to the...

waterproofing job they did.  The wall had actually shifted and moved. They talked with the consumer's son in Florida.  They sent him pictures and gave him a price to do the repairs needed.  That was last week, and no response yet. He had to discuss it with his mom, [redacted], and the realtor.

Consumer response taken over the phone by Revdex.com staff 7/28/15. Consumer said she had never had a problem with water under the steps before, they did no extra work for free, they fixed a problem they caused while waterproofing the interior walls of the entire house. After the job was done, water started pooling under her basement stairs. She said she never had this problem before.  She contacted them about the problem since she had a lifetime guarantee.  They tried to say it wasn't their responsibility and she said they gave her a lifetime guarantee so it is their responsibility.  She had another company come in and they advised that the water was pooling because the piping wasn't pitched correctly. Buckeye ended up coming in, tore out underneath the stairs and pitched a pipe across to catch the water that was retaining there.  This is the work that the company claims to have done for free.  She says this is something they caused and and doesn't count as free work since they merely fixed a problem they caused. She was also angry with them because they didn't pull a permit after they said they did. They told her the city was lying to her. She went back to the city 4 different times and each time they advised there was no permit pulled.  They had also wired electrical to a wooden post in the ceiling which she had a professional electrician check, and he told her it was a fire hazard.  The company agreed that it was run incorrectly and they did send someone else out to correct it, but she wouldn't have known she was dealing with a fire hazard if she hadn't called a professional in to check their work. She said the new concrete they poured under the stairs is uneven and lumpy, and now it is coming up on the edges.

Business response taken over the phone by Revdex.com staff 7/9/15. He just got a call from the complainant 3 days ago, that was the first time he ever heard from her. They did a waterproofing job for the neighbor, who was completely happy, but in the process they had hit some of the complainant's...

bushes on the property line with one of their machines.  He just got pictures from the complainant yesterday, 7/8/15. He called her and said he would replace any shrubs and bring in any necessary topsoil to correct the issue, the consumer said that wouldn't be necessary, doesn't want anything replaced, just wanted them to be aware that they did hit a couple of her shrubs.

Business response taken over the phone by Revdex.com staff 7/9/15. They did do the job.  When they did the job consumer wasn't happy with some of the concrete.  He did meet with the consumer to discuss, sometime around the middle of May.  They sent a crew out to replace the concrete...

sections the consumer didn't like.  When he was done the consumer signed a completion form, giving them all "A's" and he never heard from the consumer since.  He never heard anything about any odors.  He will call the consumer to see what's going on.

Consumer update taken over the phone 7/28/15.  Business has not contacted her and they have not shown up to clean up the damaged area. She will keep us informed if anything is done in the future.

Consumer statement taken over the phone by Revdex.com staff 7/28/15. Still has a smell, not as strong as it was, but he is waiting for a big rain to see what happens.  He thinks it is getting a little better.  He will give them the benefit of the doubt. He said the owner still failed to call him. He will keep us posted if there are any further problems.

Business response taken over the phone by Revdex.com staff 6/23/15. They have a crew at the consumer's home right now finishing up the job.
