Thereafter, the contract was immediately sold to Auto Advantage Finance. Therefore, complaints regarding the condition of the vehicle or its sale should be addressed to Express Credit Auto and complaints regarding the servicing or collection of the account should be addressed to Auto Advantage Finance. Further, please understand that for either company to adequately respond to the complaint, it would be necessary to disclose customer and account information which it is not allowed to do by law unless has waived his right to confidentiality, which has not occurred.
