Review: [redacted], my mother, dropped off a 19-inch brook trout for mounting a year ago and DID put a deposit down for services. We were given an estimated time of one year for completion. Since dropping this off, we have received NO response from this business and are unable to contact them. The phone number that is listed on the business door, Facebook, and yellow pages is disconnected. There have been signs on the business door that say "Closed for winter due to no heat, re-open in Spring". Spring came and another sign went up that said "Reopening on 4/22/13 due to illness". This business has not been open since and there has been no updated contact information available. We would like the trout and deposit returned in order to take it to a better business. I have an extremely disappointed 11 year old who is missing his first big catch.Desired Settlement: I want the fish and deposit returned.
