[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]On November 25th of 2015, I went to Beechmont Ford because I found a screw in the front driver's side tire. The technician said he also found a piece of glass in the passenger's side tire. They recommended replacing both tires. I ordered and paid for the new tires that day. (1st attachment paperwork) The service advisor said he would call on Monday when the tires came in. I never received a call. I called on about Wednesday, December 2nd. They had tires in the shop, but they were not marked with my name. I was asked the size tire that was on my car. I had to go out and look on the tire, since they had ordered them and I had paid for them, I found that odd. The tires matched the numbers for my car and we made arrangements to install the tires in Friday, December 4th. When I arrived on Friday, they had no record of me paying for the tires, so were the tires ordered. I had to return home to get my receipt to show that I had paid for the tires. They installed the tires with the old tires at miles. In Beechmont Fords first reply they indicated that my tires had over 20,miles on them. The new tires were driven from December to July and in July, I had 26,miles on my Ford Mustang. Which would mean that the new tires only had about miles on them. I developed a slow leak on the passengers side tire. I had it checked at *** *** Ford which is a part of Beechmont Ford now and they indicated it was just a problem with the sensor. The leak continued and I took the car to Beechmont Ford on July 19th, 2016. There was a leak in the passenger's side tire and I was told the driver's side tire had been plugged. I indicated that I had never had the tire plugged, they suggested that maybe my wife had it worked on. I am not married. We began a discussion about the tires. The service manager insisted that I had had tires put on the car, in November and in December. We went back and forth about this for about minutes until I pointed out that the November invoice was when the tires were ordered and the December invoice showed when the tires were installed. They finally agreed that that was the case. The service manager said he would replace the driver's side tire. I expressed my concerns about the tires not being marked as ordered for me, so were this tires new tires. He eventually agreed to replace both tires. I did get my tires replaced. The service manager indicated that I was not being truthful about the tire. Part of my problem is the way the matter was handled, with the discussion getting heated, and with the fact that they indicated that I had had the tire plugged myself. The tires they put on my car were not marked as ordered for my car, so how would one know that the tires were new and not taken off another car. I did not have my tire plugged. The tire they installed on December 4th was plugged. On the November Invoice, they ask to check to see if the tire could be patched. Attached is some of the paperwork associated with the transaction. I do consider this matter closed/solved. I do thing that they should be some mark on their record for this incident and they way they treated me as a customer Regards,

We replaced tires for Mr*** in good faithBeechmont Ford did not plug or sell Mr*** used tires

They are still working to fix the problem. We have been in close contact with ***, the General Manager at Beechmont Ford. He has been working very hard to help us

Mr*** did purchase new tires from Beechmont Ford in December, We do not sell used or old tires! Mr*** put 20,miles on these tires before having a slow leak in one of themBeechmont Ford did replace tires for him at no cost even though the tires had 20,miles on them

In the reply from Beechmont Ford, they state that my tires had 20,miles on them. I have my receipt from December where it shows that they had marked that the tires where put on with a little over 21,miles on my Mustang. I am a little over 26,miles now, so I have only put about 4,miles on since the December purchase. They also talked about the leak in the passenger's side tire. The tire I bought as new was on the driver's side of the car. I had never had it repaired since it was purchased in December. Since the tire on the driver's side was plugged, I insisted that they replace both tires which they did. My concern is that when my tires were replaced in December, the tire they put on as new was plugged

The General Manager and the owner got involved in this situation. The owner and General Manager both received emails from the customer thanking them for resolving the issue. To my knowledge this has been resolved and the customer has her car back. Please let me know if there is still an...

issue. [redacted]

Ms. [redacted] contacted the Revdex.com and requested to the complaint be reopened as business is still working on her truck. She stated she will submitt an update in the near future. She the business is still working on the interior and continue to work on the "white smoke" issue. That is the remaining issue.

The extended service plan was optional and we present that option to every customer. Some repair shops may not accept the extended service plan, we certainly do and most dealerships do. I apologize that the repair shop did not accept the extended service plan. The refund is based not only on time,...

but miles also. I'm willing to refund you the $577 to the bank for your troubles.
