On 9/28/our Property Manager received a notice from the resident at [redacted] ***, [redacted] , IN [redacted] stating there were still issues with the 1st floor carpetOn 10/2/the Property Manager responded in writing honoring the request to transfer to a new apartmentAs of 10/5/2015, no response had been received by the residentThe Property Manager reached out again on 10/5/and received a response on 10/6/2015, we scheduled to replace the first floor carpet and pad on 10/14/The resident was happy with this resolution and work was completed as scheduled Kristin KL [redacted] , CAM District Manager P: (317) 554- www.buckingham-co.com

I am responding to Mr./Mrs*** complaint regarding the Internet service provided at The
Langston Apartments, Cleveland, OH, where he/she resided from August 9, through July 31,
The Langston contracts with Time Warner Cable to provide cable TV and internet services to the propertyThese services are included in the rent for the apartment (as are water and sewer charges), which is customary in a property designed as student housingMr./Mrs*** has referred to a $charge on the lease for this service, but after review of the actual lease I confirmed that charge is not listed
Mr./Mrs*** is correct that there have been issues with the contracted service, including dropping of wireless connections from time to timeWhen it came to our attention, we immediately contacted Time Warner Cable and Korcett, who installed the original wiring, to troubleshoot and correct the problemAs I mentioned earlier this is a contracted service that The Langston pays for, and as such our on-site maintenance employees are not able to repair
I can certainly understand and apologize to Ms/Mrs*** for this frustrating situation, but do not agree that a reimbursement is appropriate as the outage was not constantWhile a wireless connection may not have been available 100% of the time, residents who were experiencing dropped connections could plug into an outlet to receive a connection, so they weren't without the ability to connect
Our goal is to provide a high level of customer service to our residents, and I regret that these Internet connectivity issues occurred

The guest suite at The Reserve at William's Glen was reserved by Mr. [redacted] and...

another guest in
error for May 2013. As a result The Reserve paid the difference in cost between the guest suite rental at the community and the hotel stay. Mr. [redacted] was also offered 7 additional night's stay
in the guest suite, 3 night have been used at this time.
The Reserve at William's Glen no longer operates a guest suite at the property and did reach out to find any other sites in the area that did. Since there are no other sites that are able to offer this amenity we have offered Mr. [redacted] the use of our model apartment for the remaining 4 nights. At this time, we have made arrangements for Mr. [redacted] to stay in an apartment during the time needed. Mr. [redacted] has been made aware of this and is pleased with this resolution.
