Review: I purchased a belt buckle and a kids brown leather belt on August 20, 2014. The belt didn't fit my son so I emailed [email protected] asking about doing an exchange and he replied with info on where and how to send the belt back for exchange. I returned the belt on September 5, 2014 to:Bucklecity.com1835 Newport BlvdSuite A 109-413Costa Mesa, CA92627I never received the new product nor was I credited for the item I send back. I emailed five or six times without an response. I called the phone # on the Revdex.com.com site and left a message but still no response. I would like to get the belt excnaged for the large size (28-30 inch)original order # [redacted]customer ID# 62176Thank you[redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like the kids brown strap leather belt (kidbelt02-0002) exchanged for size large -28-30 inches

Review: I bought a belt from this company back in June 5th of this year and had it shipped using their First Class shipping to have it sent within it's 5-7 busisness days that it offered. I understand from California to [redacted] that it might take a little longer but after waiting I still have not recieved my item. I have bought a belt from this company before and recieved it within the 5-7 buisness day period. I tried to contact the company by email but never was sent back a response. The money was taken and still have not recieved my item.Desired Settlement: I would like either to have my item, a similar item if that one happen to be out of stock or the money placed back into my account.

Did not receive order contacted through e-mail with no response.

Review: My order with BuckleCity.Com was for two belt buckles. I received one but was charged for two. I've made numerous attempts to contact Nick at [email protected] and no one from the company will contact me. They don't have a phone number so I can't call. They have ignored my request to send the belt buckle or issue me a credit for the one that didn't ship.Desired Settlement: Refund the $19.99 for the belt buckle that didn't ship. I would prefer to get a refund and then I'll not make the mistake of ordering anything from them again.
