I ordered a saw blade in early Feband it has not yet been delivered in June They have consistently lied to me regarding it's delivery I purchased a 10" lapidary saw blade on-line in early Feb, and paid with Pay-Pal My Pay Pal account was charged on April 1, for $by Graves Lapidary After some time I tried to contact Graves and left several messages, all of which were un-answered I did reach someone at Graves times and was told the item was back ordered and would arrive in March, then in April, then in May It's now mid-June My last or calls these past weeks to Graves were unanswered I would like my $refunded to my Pay Pal account

Purchase a "Spool Polisher" and then returned it, same box, same packaging Received email business would be handled and it has not Called times I purchased this product over the holidays and then found a similar one locally Returned and had one email confirming business would be handledHave called day after day, week after week with no response $for the item

I paid $for a Faceting Machine that was to be delivered in March I have not received anything I used my credit card to purchase a faceting machine from the Graves Company at a trade show, The Tucson AZ Rock and Gem show on Feb.X XXXX I was told that it would not ship until the end of March because they were attending another show after the Tucson show On April I attempted to call the vendor to check the status of my orderTheir phone message said that the best way to contact them was by e-mail I sent an e-mail and they replied that there was a delay and that my order would ship the next week I still have not received anything Now I am not able to reach them by phone or e-mail

I ordered a Caberet Basic lapidary machine on March 22, I have made dozens of calls to this company regarding when I might see this machine deliveredEvery time I talk to them, a man named Peter assures me that the machine will be shipped that day or the next day
My credit card has been billed, and weeks ago the company issued UPS tracking number 1ZXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX which shows the item is still sitting at Graves Company, and has never been passed on to UPS for delivery
I want this machine delivered ASAP! Contacting the Revdex.com is my last resort for resolution before turning it in on my credit card as a fraudulent charge

The Graves Mark 5XL is a very nice MachineThe company / *** *** in a nightmare to deal with I purchased the machine from him And I found it was not what I needed *** *** said I could send it backHe has not sent me my refund Now he has the machine and my moneyThis is going on for months or more*** has sent me many emails saying he will send me my refund but has never done so Dose anyone have a suggestion? Horrible company, I ordered products and received my package though half my order was not in the packageI've tried calling and email and no responseLuckily I paid using PayPal and am currently filing a claimHowever, no business should be able to operate like this, I really hope they will get shut down as I know I am not the only person this has happened to with this company
