I recently took a vehicle I purchased from craigslist to [redacted]. He was helpful honest and very supportive through the while process. The car we bought ended up being a piece of junk and [redacted] is the first mechanic ever to not make me feel like a total it as a female driver. I love this place and will never take a car any where else to have serviced. PS - this was my first dealing with Buckleys and they treated me as if I'd been going f there for 20 years. Love this place. Thanks for all you have done!

Review: Took auto to shop w/coolant issue with 2003 [redacted] After their diagnosis of auto, told theremostat repair would resolve the problem and after several times returning to to shop, still left with coolant issues. Initially told auto would not need major repair and not to attempt to fix vehicle, just forward estimate. Told car runs "strong" and that have good running car. Shop installed thermostat for 594.57. Shortly therefter, auto needed to be dropped off again several times for same overheating problem resulting in auto breaking down. Upon removing auto from lot - after receiving estimate for $6,000 to repair, also found paint/body damage. Shop knew exactly what was wrong with vehicle and used first repair as bait. Had taken auto to another repair shop before Buckley's and was told needed head gasket ($5-6,000 for repair). Requesting full reimbursement.Desired Settlement: requesting full reimbursement.

Case ID [redacted] between my company and [redacted]as been amicably resolved. After reviewing my technicians discovery path and processes, he failed to perform a procedure that I requested for him to do that would have confirmed an internal engine situation.

Once made aware of the situation, I text [redacted] to inform him that I would be refunding the money he paid for his services. On a personal phone call with [redacted] and her bank, [redacted], we allowed a charge back of $594.57 to proceed as a refund. That process is in place and as of this morning, (8/28/13) [redacted] account representative, confirmed that [redacted] will be receiving the credit.

I did request that [redacted] contact the Revdex.com to confirm our discussion of the matter.

Thank you for contacting me regarding this unfortunate situation. I'm glad we all could work out an amicable resolve.
