Review: Three different dates/times for pick-up/delivery of steamcleaning A/C, which required changing airline flight resulting in additional charges. The latest date given by owner for delivery of A/C unit of 6/*/13 "before 1pm" totally ignored: no call, no show, business answering machine unable to accept any messages. There is NO customer service. Rude receptionist who took original service call repeatedly lied about date and time.Desired Settlement: Delivery of A/C unit and refund of airline change fees incurred SOLEY because of Buckley's failure to honor delivery dates.

Do not allow this company nor its sister company father and sons to service your air conditioner under any circumstances. They are very shady. They have changed names many times over the years. They tell you one thing over the phone and then another after having your unit for weeks and then holding it hostage in the truck until you give them cash that was not agreed upon. You are left with no choice as the cash is still less than the replacement.
