So when I was hit by a car on November 15, 2019, while getting the mail from our local post office, I was concerned but not terribly. I was out for 9 weeks, during that time my voice mail was being checked regularly. Our website does not have a phone number listed on it, all contact is made via email. I returned to work, part-time, 4 hours per day on January 20, 2020. As soon as I returned to work and noticed the order in our order box, I reached out to the customer via phone. I apologized for not getting his order to him in a timely manner and making sure that he still wanted the product and he did. So on January 31. 2020, the seed was shipped to the customer via *** Ground. In February, I also reached out to the customer again to make sure that he had received his order and was satisfied with the product, and he is.
