Recieved a bill in the mail that I never agreed toCalled and told customer service rep [redacted] #to cancel that subscription because I am not interested and he told me he couldn't cancel because the membership was requested by phoneHave not requested this and told him I have only recieved a bill and nothing else and wasn't interested Very rude customer service and don't have anything in black and white binding that I am legally obligated to pay for when I have requested to not have! Received a bill in the mail for $to my surprise I remember talking to a sales person on the phone but did not realize I had agreed to a month subscription of two of their magazines Called Buckmasters to cancel Talked to two different salespeople and both were rude One chewed and smacked gum very loudly into the phone Both had the same canned response about how they will listen to the phone conversation the sales person had with me and if they decided after listening to the conversation that I did in fact buy these magazines, then I am obligated to pay Have not received a magazine yet and tried to explain to them that I wanted to cancel before receiving any magazines They both said that if I did not pay - if it was decided by them from the phone conversation that I did in fact agree to these magazines then I will have an unpaid bill if I dont pay They were both cut and dry and rude I called the home office number *** and asked for a sales manager I told him everything and read the alert off the Revdex.com website to him about how over other people have had the same problem He did not apologize but he did say he would cancel our order That was it
After months of repeated calls from Buckmasters, in which I told them many times I was not interestedI finally gave up and accepted the trail offer which included a complimentary issue of the Buckmaster magazineI was told if I chose to continue with the membership I could pay the amount due and I would then receive the hat, decals etcand the magazineAfter reviewing the magazine, I decided to not activate my membership and chose not to accept the offerI told the customer service representative on the phone this and I replied by mail but I still am getting billed for the membership duesI am still getting bills and I believe they plan to turn it over to collectionsI never joined the club so how can I owe the duesI thanked them for the complimentary issue of the magazine but declined their offerThat should be that

Buckmasters charged my credit card after I canceled my subscription to their magazine without my permission. When I called and complained they said no refund. I had to cancel my card and dispute the charges with my bank. People can't be forced to buy something. They call you every other day and hound you until you buy or block their numbers. Yes numbers because you will have to block like ten numbers before you get them all.
I (against my better judgement) signed up with these fast talking con artists. Seemed like a really win win kind of deal. You get a chance to win a trip, some decent hunting gear and are helping veterans as well. It was too good to be true. I was mislead on when I would get the promo products, as well as didn't get the exact stuff promised. The magazines are not regular and almost random as to when you get them. THEN, those kind, down home boys that sign you up, ARE NOT the same guys, when you call with a question of complaint. They are rude, disinterested and couldn't CARE LESS!!
In the end, I see a vets hunt here and there, but oddly enough, Jackie B[redacted] always gets the bigger deer, and more of them. I'm convinced the veterans and youth hunts are being used as nothing but window dressing and bait to fund Jackie B[redacted]s personal hunting passions. Also, if you don't answer one phone number, they cleverly call you from another number that's out of a different state. First class CONS!! Such a disappointment because they could have done a lot of good for others, but are only interested in doing good for them selves. Spread the word, THESE GUYS ARE CONS!!!
