I never recieved my product I purchased and I asked for a full refund being I never recieved it and this company is trying to offer less than what I paid for a product I never recieved.

Thought this package was coming from US. Coming from China! I ordered a sewing machine which couldn't possibly fit in my mailbox. I live in a gated community that has security driving around 24/7.
I have ordered many packages online and every single one has been delivered to my door step if it couldn't fit in my mailbox.
I was able to email with someone after the tracking said the package was delivered. When I emailed this person they said they would reship my order. I demanded a refund of my $51.86 immediately and if I didn't get it, I would file claims with PayPal, my bank, and the Revdex.com.
After that I received an email stating my order was reshipped with a new tracking number and it's in China again! I am furious beyond belief because I do sewing in my community to make additional money which I really need right now!
After reading some reviews, I also emailed this person to not even bother sending me some crappy sunglasses or masks. I can't even wear sunglasses because I have been wearing prescription glasses since fifth grade!

Ordered 4 tires and wheels, 5 weeks later I get a pair of cheap sunglasses from china. These people don't respond back at all. A total scam

Purchased trail cameras off this website for my husband's birthday. Money came out right away but never got any emails confirming or anything. I got concerned after I had emailed 3 times with no response and started researching this company and looks like they do this a lot and have many different names. The address *** maps to a residential neighborhood.

My husband purchased 2 bownet commander gear bags from Beacon on Sunday. Information stated once payment was received they would ship the items. However, Tuesday I called and the phone number given rang then interrupted with "this number is busy or has been disconnected." So I emailed. NO RESPONSE.
The funds have been taken on my Credit Card.
I called and emailed yesterday again as for status. NO response. Normal business will send an email with status of order. This does not NOR do they answer the phone or emails. I advised I would give until Friday and I was going to report the amount to credit card as fraud and get my money back.
I have a strange feeling this company is bogus-based on the phone information. I have looked on your website and not seen complaints. I have looked on line and I am not able to find anything. I am hopin Revdex.com can help me resolve.

SCAM website. Based in China. Ordered a Le Creuset Dutch oven; received a totally cheap knock-off Ray-Ban sunglasses. That’s their M.O. See their other reviews. They won’t respond to e-mails. PayPal very unhelpful in resolving issues.

Ordered a 25 quqrt All American pressure cooker and received confirmation ans well as shipping number. A envelope containing a gold pin was delivered instead of ordered item. No response to numerous inquiries, TOTAL SCAM SITE

Don't order from here they took my money and never sent me my order!

This is not a company to do business with. I purchased a 82 qt lobster pot from them, seeing that they were supposed to be located in North Carolina. I finally received tracking information for the order. The Lobster pot was being shipped from China. Almost one month later, I received notice that my order had arrived at my mailbox, which I thought seemed a bit strange since I only have a standard size mail box. When I checked my mail, there was no 82 quart lobster pot, but a "Pomsies lovale wearable pom-pom pet", which is a hairclip for children that the eyes light up...and even that was a open package with parts missing! I had charged this on my credit card, so I contacted the company that accepted payment for it "Hammer Asset Management" in Auburn, CA. I have left two messages for them. I tried the number for "Bucramce" as posted on their website and the Revdex.com site. The area code is a Maryland number. There is no answer. My email to them was accepted by an automated system which said I would receive a response within 2-3 days. That hasn't happened. It seems a bit strange that a company has a address in North Carolina, a phone number in Maryland, and money is collected in California and not one of these places will respond. I will be reporting Hammer Asset Management to the SEC, since that is who they are listed with and I will see who handles internet fraud for the rest. My suggestion is to not do business with this company. I only put a star because it requires at least one to leave a comment. But it should be in the negatives.

I would give 0 Stars if I could, I ordered a set bbn of pots and pans, I received some little tiny package that looked like what I get WISH with the same tracking number, I have emailed them and only get auto responses and I tried to call them, the number is disconnected this place is a scam.

Placed an order online using a credit card. My card was charged but no product has arrived. I've tried to contact the business via email and get a reply stating their email box is full. No one picks up when I call the number and it does not go to voicemail.
