I took my son's first deer to be mounted by [redacted] , after a recommendation for his good work, in DecI was told it would take 9-months, in which I totally understoodAfter the year was up, there were at least a dozen follow up phone calls from several of my family members and myself, promises that he would complete the mount, and numerous drive-bys to catch him at the shop where I left it, (with no luck)We are now FOUR years past my taking the mount and have NO mountHe got really good at avoiding my phone calls and I am pretty sure he blocked my phone number along with my momsI even had several friends try to call him and if he answered, he told them he would have it done within a week or twoI quit chasing him about months ago because I was tired of the run aroundSo, he ruined my year old's (at the time of the kill) desire to have his first deer mount in his room and has ruined my hope that he would do what was rightAfter two years of chasing him, I told him that all I wanted was the horns, as I was prepared to take it somewhere else to at least salvage thatHe could have admitted a mistake or screw up instead of continuing to lie to me that he would actually finish itI lost my $deposit but am more upset for my sonI typically don't ever submit reviews but I don't want him doing this to another little boy or familyI DO NOT RECOMMEND this man's business
