Marty from Bucks County Auto Tags has been communication with me several times in the past week. He has gone above and beyond what would be expected to resolve this complaint. While a mistake was made, I do believe this business had no malintent. This issue is in the process of being resolved. Marty is acting in good faith to resolve this issue to the best of his ability
Kindly withdrawal my complaint. If there is anything official I need to do to have this complaint completely withdrawn, please let me know
Thank you

Review: I wanted to have a car title transferred to my deceased husband's daughter. I filled out all the paper work and paid the fees. I stated the daughter will pick up the title and since she is a co-signer on the loan the title was to be given to her only. When I called to see if the title was picked up I was informed the title was handed over to a family member. They claim they asked for ID, but did not make a copy, so there is no record of who picked up the title. The Joann from the auto tag place she talked to someone on the phone who said they were the daughter and gave her permission to hand over the title. They could not provide proof it was the daughter on the phone. I cannot contact my husband's family due to pending legal issues with the estate. There was a major breech of trust, gross negligence, and incompetence on the part of the auto tag place. The allowed a signed title to leave their possession without any proof to whom it was given. I was also told I would get a "courtesy call" when the title was picked up. This never happened.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of all charges and fees. I want a notarized statement with the name and address of the person they handed the title to.The auto tag agency should have their licenses reviewed. They should be required to take classes/courses informing them of the public trust invested in them with legal documents.
