Review: I was not sure what to check above since nothing seemed to be what my complaint is about.

I purchased carpets for almost $6000.00. Upon delivery the carpets were laid in the street in the snow and water with no tarp under it. the installers did not show me the carpets before they cut them and when they did I told them it was not the carpets I ordered. The installers gave me a hard time, did an awful job and I was totally disappointed with the entire job. So I placed a hold with my [redacted] card until this got resolved. The owners girlfriend, "[redacted]" has been calling me non stop, threatning me and now saying that she is going to call the police on me.

The work was horrible. the installers left carpets that didn't even belong to me for me to have my trash removal take it away.

they layed the carpets all over my front lawn, pavement and in front of my fire hydrant so I had to move it.

they were unprepared for such a large job and complained the entire time. I am not pleasesd at all with this company and then for them to call me non stop because I disputed the charges.

I was called on Christmas day by [redacted] non stop. I called the credit card company and asked them to approve the charge for 1/2 of the job and she started calling me this morning at 7AM while I was at work, non stop, then I answered the phone and told her I work at a hospital and have patients in front of me and could not talk and she threatened me.

Horrible dealingsDesired Settlement: I would like them to stop contacting me. It appears I will have to have someone else come over to fix all the damage they caused and perhaps will have to order carpets from another store.

I would like to never have anything to do with them. I have saved the e mails, texts and voice mails.
