We are in receipt of the complaint [redacted] filed with your office.
We are an emergency veterinary service open nights, weekends and holidays. [redacted]' dog, [redacted] was seen here at 8:10 pm on Saturday, 10/25/14 for a complaint of diarrhea...
since the previous Tuesday. [redacted] told Dr. J[redacted], the veterinarian who examined [redacted] that he had seen small sesame seed type objects in [redacted]'s feces.Dr. J[redacted] then ran fecal tests to determine whether and worms were present. None were identified, but based on [redacted]'s symptoms and the owner's observation, Dr. J[redacted] administered an antibiotic injection, gave [redacted] a dose of [redacted], a dewormer, and gave [redacted] a 5 day Supply of [redacted], another antibiotic for [redacted]. All treatment was authorized by [redacted].There is no basis for a complaint nor is any fee adjustment necessary.Sincerely,R. M. D
