The customer was angry because he paid a

contacted us about the cost. He never tried to negotiate the cost of shipping prior to paying the posted shipping fees. The customer stated he was bidding on additional items, which we agreed to ship for free. He won two auctions after our discussion. We had to cancel one auction as the item had been sold in our brick and mortar store. The customer never paid for this item as the auction was cancelled before he submitted payment. We offered him other items we had, closest to what he had bid on, but
could not come to an agreement on price. We offered him current year merchandise at dealer cost to try to amend the situation. He insisted on paying less than our dealer cost which we could not agree to for multiple reasons, including our contractual obligation with the manufacturer. He was enraged by this, became hostile, and resorted to using vulgar and derogatory language towards our employee. He then cancelled his other auction item, which we were ready to send, free of shipping charges. His  payment for that auction was then refunded in full.
This customer opened a case against us on [redacted] which [redacted] reviewed all of the correspondence between the customer and us and closed the case in our favor. The customer then wanted to return the first two items he purchased because he was not happy with this outcome. We did not agree to the return
since a no return policy was clearly stated in every [redacted] ad. The customer has since bashed us everywhere
possible including our [redacted] page, [redacted], etc.
