Sorry for the trouble on this order The bumper shipped out 6/and is due in Texas tomorrow 7/ The unique situation with this order, was that the product had not yet been designed when the order was placed is a new model year for the Tahoe/Suburban and required a completely re-engineered product We take great pride in making the best looking and most functional bumper systems and take a lot of time in the design phase It is very difficult to anticipate how long the process will take Another factor that makes the Tahoe/Suburban difficult is the need to cut the OEM plastic bumper to fit the steel replacement It's not as straightforward as a typical truck with a removable bumper In this case, we actually designed the bumper and installed it once and didn't like the look We completely re-engineered it and built an entire new piece In a sense, the design process was done twice.All in all, we apologize for the delays and inability to predict when the engineering would be complete We are happy with the end product and I anticipate that Mr*** will be pleased as well Our communication wasn't clear and that is not taken lightly Again, on a project like this, there often isn't any new status to report - the design process is long and difficult to pin down

possibly fulfill the order I placed in February and complaint I placed last week.     If the bumper fits like it is supposed to, I will withdraw my complaint.  But if this is just something that was sent to me in hopes of fulfilling an order and does not fit my vehicle, then I will still not be a satisfied customer and I will want the original order fulfilled and my complaint will stay intact!!      As soon as I find a local installer and everything works out or doesn’t, I will be contacting you with my comments at that time.  Thank you for your help, as I feel like you played a huge roll in just getting me this far.Sincerely, [redacted]
