contacting you to update and give supporting images of my previously filed complaint * *** against Buckwalter’s RoofingThe close up picture under the window shows how the siding pieces are NOT lined up and the J channel was placed to appear suitable, this was the original issue I wanted resolved*** *** sent two of his employees to my house Monday May around 9:Buckwalter was never in contact with me that he was coming to fix the original issueReconigizing one of the workers, ***, I ask where *** was, they said he was on his wayWhen Buckwalter arrived I told him there was a draft in my living room, I wanted the wall insulated, the siding lined up and two holes he originally created (pictures are shown with the whole just under the siding, although the one by the roof was later covered with siding) be patched*** agreed, then quickly left to get supplies. I had requested that *** not do any of the repairs because of his poor quality of workAs the other man, *** (unsure of his name) began taking down the siding, sure enough the hole by the roof was never patched and just covered with siding and another huge crack/ hole was revealed in the stuccoThis whole was not there before Buckwalter had put the siding up in September, as you can see in the before and after picturesIt is very clear that whole (picture with white home wrap paper next to it) was the reason why there was a draft in my living roomIf I would not have been outside watching every thing these guys were doing I could guarantee the hole would still be unpatchedI had asked *** about it and he said that was probably an area where they had to knock off the stucco to make the siding smoothThis is an unreasonable explanation- A house can not be uninsulated!! The job was completed in September- it is now May, we have heated our house all winter with a hole created by *** Buckwalter in the side of our houseI feel strongly that we should be compensated for this- heating our house for months inefficiently because of *** Buckwalter’s very poor work ethicI feel $is a reasonable amount. As *** finished the job, *** was only here for about an hour and half-total, *** hung the shutters back up and put another hole in the shutterI had requested he not work on my house! He had put a hole in that same shutter the first time the siding was put on(Image with close up of the two windows, bottom right side shutter- you may have to zoom in to see it.) He had told me in was like that and I didn’t bother to argue with him*** had also broke a garden decoration in September, which isn’t a big deal but the mentality from this company is so awful, so at this point I have had enoughI called *** times and texted him Monday at 4:that I want a new shutter dropped off to my house and I will put on myselfHe responded the next morning at 11:that he will dropped it WednesdayI have doubts that he will do as he says. In conclusion, the siding is now lined up, the holes are patched and there is no longer a draft but what about the last months of winter?! How can I be certain that no other holes have been left unpatched throughout the rest of my house?! Please let me know what you think my best course of action is at this point.Thank you*** ***
My Aunt had paid $in advance of services rendered which was half of the total bill of $My Aunt has since passed away and her house has been sold without services rendered by Buckwalter roofing
